On behalf of the Councillors and the Program Committee of the European Society of Thoracic Surgeons, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Naples, the largest city in southern Italy and often called an open-air museum, for the 24th European Conference on General Thoracic Surgery.

Our Mission

Our mission is to improve quality in all aspects of our specialty: from clinical and surgical management of patients to education, training and credentialing of thoracic surgeons in Europe and worldwide.
