OPENING CEREMONY & WELCOME RECEPTION

The official Opening Ceremony of the Conference for registered participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors will take place at the meeting venue, the Parc Chanot, with introductory speeches and a musical performance.
Then, toast to the success of the Conference at the Welcome Reception - also at the venue, during which drinks and snacks are offered. The remainder of the evening is at your disposal, to offer you an opportunity to get to know Marseille.

The official conference event will take place in an informal setting at the Military Garrison, Fort Ganteaume. Located in the heart of Marseille at the entrance to Marseille Old Port, the fort overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The building was constructed by Vauban in the 17th century.
Relax, fill your lungs with fresh Mediterranean air and enjoy the company of your colleagues and friends at a typical 'French evening', with delicious French food and wine on the Fort's terrace which offers an amazing view of the sea.

'Palais de la Bourse'

The Gala Dinner will take place in the Palais de la Bourse, home to the oldest Chamber of Commerce and Industry in France, founded in 1599.
Its neo-classical style and sculptures depict Marseille’s glorious trade history. The outer walls reflect the various functions of the building: behind the main façade, decorated with huge Corinthian columns, lie the administrative offices, the reception hall and the trading floor with windows overlooking the port, all of which are connected by an enormous marble stairway.
Designed as an opportunity to celebrate the Conference’s success and to bid farewell to your colleagues and friends, this evening will be one to treasure — make sure not to miss it! The prizes and awards will be presented at the Gala Dinner as well.
